Help fund ShelterSuits and ShelterBags for the homeless people of Liverpool<\/h1>

THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO DONATED, WE RAISED \u00a32,070 AND WE ARE CURRENTLY AWAITING DELIVERY OF 20+ SHELTERBAGS. MORE UPDATES WILL BE POSTED WHEN THEY ARE DISTRIBUTED ON THE STREETS OF LIVERPOOL.<\/strong><\/p>

Whilst on a business trip in the Netherlands, soliv met ShelterSuit (<\/strong>https:\/\/sheltersuit.com\/en-gb\/<\/strong><\/a>) who were demonstrating their unique products for homeless people in the form of an all in one suit that doubles up as a waterproof padded jacket and fully enclosed sleeping bag and have helped thousands of people and charities across the world.\u00a0 After speaking with Bart at ShelterSuit, he mentioned that they do not work with anyone in the Liverpool region of the UK.<\/strong><\/p>

This got us thinking and decided that we at <\/strong>soliv.co.uk<\/strong><\/a> would like to fund some suits ourselves and arrange a fund-raising campaign to purchase several Shelter Suits and get them to homeless people on the streets of Liverpool.\u00a0 To do this, we needed a charity based in Liverpool that does on-street care to homeless people providing them with food and clothing.<\/strong><\/p>

This is when we were introduced to Mike from Liverpool in Arms (<\/strong>https:\/\/www.liverpoolinarms.co.uk\/<\/strong><\/a>), an amazing charity with a great team of volunteers who go onto the streets of Liverpool twice weekly and provide food, clothing and advice to homeless people and people who are struggling to cope with the high demands of cost of living.\u00a0 Samples were kindly sent by ShelterSuit and we took them onto the streets of Liverpool to get feedback from homeless people and the response was amazing.<\/strong><\/p>

Together our aim is to raise as much money as possible to get as many of these suits into the hands of people who need them.<\/strong><\/p>

Liverpool in Arms (Registered charity No. 1201002) will receive all funds via Total Giving fundraising page and purchase the suits directly from ShelterSuit.\u00a0 <\/strong>soliv.co.uk<\/strong><\/a> will drive the campaign with Liverpool in Arms and other organisations through social media and word of mouth.<\/strong><\/p>

The funds will be used to provide the 2 ShelterSuit products...<\/strong><\/p>
